Denplan Essentials

• Denplan Essentials is a monthly payment plan which helps you budget for your routine preventative dental care

• The dental plan is easy to set up and no pre-assessment is necessary

• Your dentist will discuss with you how often they recommend you attend the practice and how much this will cost.

• You will have to pay for any restorative dental treatment necessary (ie. crowns, bridges or fillings). These prices are our private fee prices with a 10% discount.

• Mouth cancer cover provided by Denplan (exclusion - mouth cancer diagnosed before joining Denplan and / or within 90 days after the date you joined Denplan or for which tests or consultations began within those 90 days)

• Denplan Essentials also includes worldwide dental injury and dental emergency cover and access to Denplan s’ 24-Hour Worldwide Dental Emergency Helpline

Routine dental care includes:

• Check-ups (up to the maximum detailed in your contract)

• Scaling, polishing and other hygiene treatment (up to the maximum detailed in your contract)

• Dental x-rays

• Any additional treatment specified as included by the dentist in your contract

• Preventative dental advice

Denplan Essentials does not cover:

• Restorative dental treatments including fillings, crowns, bridges or dentures

• Laboratory fees

• Prescriptions

• Any treatment excluded by the dentists in your contract which is payable by you to the dentist

• Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment

• Orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatment

• Sedation fees

Your routine dental treatment is at the discretion of your dentist and your contract is with your dentist, not Denplan.

Denplan Children

Included is listed below

0-12 Years - £5.50 per month

• 2 exams per calendar year.

• Hygiene as and when required

• Fissure Sealants

• Fluoride applications as and when required

• Basic Primary extractions

• Basic Single Surface Fillings

• 10% discount on mouthguards from private fee price list

• 10% discount on nay other treatments from private fee price list.

12-18 years - £8.90 per month

• exams per year

• 2 hygiene visit per year

• 1 Fissure Sealants

• Fluoride applications as and when required

• Basic Primary extractions

• Basic Single Surface Fillings

• 10% discount on mouthguards from private fee price list

• 10% discount on nay other treatments from private fee price list.

Family group discounts

Family discounts of up to 15% are also available if one direct debit covers more than one Denplan patient receiving treatment at the same practice. Excludes patients on the children plan.
