Cancellation of Appointments
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you have to change your appointment.
Complaints
We deal with all concerns and complaints promptly so that we can resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
Please write to our Practice Manager if you have any concerns or complaints with any aspect of your treatment or our service.
Infection Control
We maintain the highest standards of cross infection control for the health and safety of all our patients at all times, with all our cross infection control procedures conforming to regulatory requirements.
Disability Access
Access to the surgery is via the stairs only.
Dental Records
We require a signed written request if you would like a copy of your dental records. We will provide a copy of your records within 1 month of the request.
Fees and Payment
Our independent private treatments fees are listed in our Private Care Fees guide. Our payment terms are full payment on completion of treatment. We accept cash and debit and credit cards.
Medical History
Please inform your dentist of any changes to your Medical History, including medication.

Patient confidentiality is completely respected at all times. Should you have any questions or concerns about our confidentiality policy then please contact our Practice Manager.
