Amalgam fillings in the lower jaw can often be seen when we talk or laugh, and amalgam fillings can also sometimes be seen in the upper jaw. These can be unsightly and can also discolour the tooth. Composite white fillings are available to improve this.

Discoloured, chipped or cracked teeth can benefit from a veneer. A thin layer of the tooth surface is shaved off. A veneer is made to fit perfectly, protecting the tooth underneath.

Boutique – By Day is a 6% medical grade Hydrogen Peroxide gel, containing potassium nitrate, which is a proven desensitiser. Worn for only 90 minutes per day, this gel is designed for patients who want a fast, comfortable and convenient solution to whiter teeth. This gel releases large quantities of oxygen free radicals (which whiten the teeth) over a short period of time, therefore whitening the teeth, both quickly and safely. Fast results, which are visible in less than a week.

A course of Boutique whitening is generally two visits and you are given 20 days of whitening.

Enlighten In-surgery Whitening

Enlighten is a renowned well performing whitening treatment. The company are that confident of their product that they guarantee a shade of vita B1 for every patient and long lasting results with low sensitivity.

All that is required is a three-visit process where you have your moulds taken for your Enlighten trays, they are fitted and you are sent away with two weeks of whitening at home. This is followed by a final in-surgery 40-minute treatment.
